Penang Culinary Tour was founded in January 2009 by Bee Yinn Low of Rasa Malaysia and her elder brother CK Low. Both are huge foodies constantly in search of the best and most authentic local eats in Penang. Eating well has always been a passion of the Low's family and with Penang Culinary Tour, they share and introduce Penang's culinary gems to their guests and clients.
